Green Banana Flour, is elaborated with green unripe bananas grown in Ecuador (Cavendish). Bananas are hand picked, cleaned, peeled, crushed, deseeded, pasteurized, dehydrated, sifted, filling and packing.

Our product is processed, packed and transported under strict sanitary conditions and accordance with the good practice of manufacture.
